Classic Pesto
Hand picked basil, imported olive oil, blended
with garlic, freshly toasted walnuts and grated
Romano cheese. Spread on salmon and grill - it
is succulent!

Classic Sun-Dried Tomato
Pesto
Add sun-dried tomatoes to my Classic and it is
now Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto. A tablespoon in a
sauté pan with a chicken breast - that's
all you need!

Artichoke Cashew Pesto
Finest quality artichoke hearts combined with
roasted cashew nuts, garlic, sweet parmesan cheese,
olive oil (the best quality, of course), a sprinkling
of crushed red pepper, a handful of fresh basil,
and lemon juice. Just spread on Italian bread
and feel the comfort and nurturing!

Pistachio Pesto
Rich toasted pistachio nuts, parmesan cheese,
garlic and fresh basil unite to create a luscious
pistachio pesto. Finished with imported olive
oil. My personal favorite - great on linguine!

Portobello Hazelnut
Pesto
Meaty Portobello mushrooms are blended with toasted
hazelnuts, garlic, imported olive oil and spicy
Romano cheese. Very truffly tasting - excellent
on pasta!

Red Pepper Almond Pesto
Ripe red peppers, a few basil leaves, imported
olive oil, freshly ground parmesan cheese, garlic
and almonds. Add to a rice dish and it transports
the dish to "gourmet!

Spanish Olive Habanero
Pepper Pesto
Get ready for the heat of the habanero pepper,
imported olive oil, walnuts, rich Romano cheese,
garlic, savory Spanish olives, a dash of habanero
sauce. It is truly addictive. Add to scrambled
eggs - spice up a turkey sandwich - or just on
bread!

Caper Hazelnut Pesto
Tartness of capers, toasted hazelnuts, rich Romano
cheese, garlic, and imported olive oil. Use as
a rub on fish, chicken, or pork loin - make a
crust and bake!

Greek Olive / Anchovy
Tapanade
Kalamata (Greek) olives from Greece, garlic, imported
olive oil from Italy, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice,
and the richness of anchovy. As an appetizer on
bread - use as a condiment in all your cooking
